Franciskato Chair of Key AAJ Committees

At this year’s American Association for Justice (AAJ) Annual Convention, Brian Franciskato was recognized for his leadership within the organization. A longtime member of AAJ, Brian’s contributions reflect the association’s mission to promote fairness for injured persons, protect victims’ rights, and strengthen the civil justice system.

Brian will continue to serve AAJ in these two leadership capacities:

Chairperson, Membership Oversight Committee

Appointed by the AAJ President, Brian continues to serve as Chairperson of the Membership Oversight Committee (MOC). Brian leads a team of 70 attorneys dedicated to expanding and enriching AAJ’s membership. Under his guidance, the committee focuses on recruiting new and diverse members, enhancing engagement, and ensuring that AAJ delivers the resources attorneys need to succeed—both in the U.S. and internationally.

Chairperson, Products Liability Section

Brian was also elected Chairperson of the Products Liability Section, representing over 800 attorneys specializing in litigation against manufacturers of defective products—ranging from automobiles and industrial equipment to medical devices. In this role, Brian moderated a full-day CLE seminar for AAJ members. He joined Adam Langino and Parker Miller for a panel discussion on “How to Prepare for Depositions in a Products Liability Case,” offering valuable insights and practical strategies.
