At our firm, we take immense pride in the active engagement of our team members in professional organizations such as the American Association for Justice (AAJ). This year, we are thrilled to congratulate Brian Franciskato on receiving this award and recognition.
At AAJ’s Annual Luncheon, Brian was honored with the prestigious “Above and Beyond Award,” recognizing members who go the extra mile to strengthen and sustain the organization. This recognition reflects AAJ’s unwavering commitment to defending the 7th Amendment right to trial by jury and ensuring access to justice for all.
Executive Committee & Board of Governors. Brian’s dedication to AAJ is evident through his service on both the Executive Committee and the Board of Governors, where he continues to help shape the future of the organization. At the annual Board meeting, Brian had the privilege of introducing Sara Schuett (far right in photograph), Executive Director of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, who will serve as the incoming President of the National Association of Trial Lawyer Executives (NATLE).
Brian’s leadership, vision, and tireless advocacy embody the values we hold dear. We are proud to celebrate his achievements and grateful for the impact he continues to make—both within AAJ and across the broader legal community.
