We are pleased to announce that Randy W. James has joined our team as Of Counsel.

Randy has practiced civil trial law for 30+ years, primarily in the areas of catastrophic personal injury and death cases with an emphasis on consumer products liability and premises liability.

Randy is experienced in all facets of case evaluation and investigation, trial preparation and practice.

His work in complex injury and death cases has given him a great deal of multi-disciplinary experience in the fields of insurance, engineering, physics, failure analysis, accident reconstruction, fire science, premises security, food safety, economics, psychology, medicine, epidemiology, life care planning, and rehabilitation, among others.
