Nash & Franciskato congratulates attorney Brian Franciskato for receiving the President’s Award from the American Association of Justice in July at the 2023 Annual Convention in Philadelphia, PA. He was also named Chairperson for the Membership Oversight Committee.
We are proud that both Brian and Amanda Cryderman (one of our paralegals) are actively involved in the organization, representing our firm and leading/participating on numerous committees.
The American Association of Justice (AAJ) promotes justice and fairness for injured persons, safeguards victims’ rights and strengthens the civil justice system.
A member of the AAJ for the majority of his career, Brian has worked for the organization serving on several committees over the years.
Brian is a partner at the firm representing plaintiffs in serious personal injury and wrongful death claims. He also handles mass tort cases involving defective medical devices on a nationwide level.
The annual AAJ convention is where the Paralegal Affiliates membership meeting takes place. It’s an exciting opportunity for paralegals to meet and network with other paralegals from all over the country. Amanda is excited to volunteer her time on subcommittees for education and membership. Increasing paralegal involvement in AAJ is a big priority for her over the next year.
Amanda is an essential part of the firm and has been a valued member since 2010. Our team relies on her for her judgment and analytical skills, knowledge in personal injury, ability to stay on top of every issue, and her compassion for her clients. Amanda manages the Mass Torts Division at the firm with over 500 clients.
