Managing Operations Through COVID-19

A message from the Nash & Franciskato team.

The COVID-19 outbreak has challenged us all to conduct business a little differently. Know that our office has a plan to keep operations running as smoothly as possible for our clients, potential clients and others.

At this time (March 18, 2020), we are still operating out of our office; however, we have closed it to outside vendors and visitors. Adjustments to our business processes may result in some delays but know that our clients are our topmost priority. We do urge everyone to follow guidance from the CDC and your local health department during this time.

Should the need arise, we are able to transition to a work-from-home system:

  • Our office is paperless. This means that everything related to our clients’ cases is saved to a secure database. This gives all of our attorneys, paralegals and legal assistants access to what they need online, whether they are working in the office or at home.
  • Video conferencing helps to make client communications as easy as possible. With social distancing the norm today, video conferencing can be a more effective alternative to the phone. Seeing the face of our legal team may help ease the stress and anxiety clients may be feeling.
  • Conducting depositions and mediation by video can help keep these critical elements of a case from having to be rescheduled, especially as we all practice social distancing. Video is an effective tool to help reduce the risk of delays in a case.
  • Our online phone system means we can answer calls from anywhere. Our office hours remain the same, but if you have questions after hours, you may be redirected and we will return your call as soon as possible.
  • Our online chat is available 24/7 and you can access it at our website, www.nashfranciskato.com. Our chat system can be used to contact us about new cases, updates to a case or any emergency.

We will remain in contact with our active clients, conducting business as usual. We are here to answer any questions that arise and continue to provide our clients with excellent legal service. We do regret any inconvenience anyone experiences; however, our goal is the safety of our clients, our community and our staff.
